The Good Food Ireland® “Salmon” Collection is inspired by the Salmon of Knowledge (An Bradán Feasa) in Irish Mythology and the Good Food Ireland® Locally Grown collection was created to inform and inspire us about the abundance of locally grown food on our island. These collections include tea towels, aprons and bags.
