Experience Terms & Conditions

Booking of activity:

When booking you must have your code/voucher number ready otherwise you cannot make a reservation. You will be required to produce your voucher on the day, if you do not, you will not be allowed to do the activity and therefore the voucher will become invalid. Once an experience has been booked in it cannot be cancelled or postponed under any circumstances. If this occurs your voucher will be NULL & VOID. Individuals arriving late will not be able to join an activity if they have missed the safety briefing has commenced.

 

Validity Of Voucher:

All vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

Vouchers may only be extended once and you must contact us up to a maximum of 4 weeks after the original expiry date if you wish to extend the voucher.

Should an experience no longer be available your voucher can be used towards another experience of your choice or for products from our website to the value of the original voucher.

 

Experience Descriptions:

The stated duration of the experience is a guide only and may differ from activity to activity. The exact timing can depend on the weather, season and activity capacity. All photographs and descriptions used in Good Food Ireland® promotional material are only intended to give a general idea of each experience.

 

Refunds:

All vouchers must be redeemed by the date on the voucher. All vouchers are non-refundable

Lost, Stolen or Destroyed-In the event of a voucher being stolen, lost or destroyed, the voucher cannot be replaced under any circumstances

 

Exchanges:

All Vouchers can be exchanged for another activity within 48 hours of receipt of the voucher. A fee of €30.00 will occur for each voucher exchanged. Vouchers may not be exchanged if an activity has already been booked.

 

Postponement:

The management of any event reserves the right to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. weather conditions. In this event, the voucher holder will have the opportunity to reschedule the event

 

Cancellation by Voucher Holder:

The bearer of a Good Food Ireland® voucher agrees that in the event of having to postpone/cancel a booked appointment, they will notify the activity centre by telephone, fax or letter within 30 days prior to the day of the course. Failure to do so will result in the voucher becoming invalid.

 

Failure To Attend:

Failure to attend a pre-booked event will result in the voucher becoming null and void

 

Locations:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the location of an experience may be subject to change without notice.

 

Spectators:

Spectators are usually welcome but it is necessary to check with the experience provider beforehand as there may be restrictions due to safety regulations

 

Restrictions:

Details are provided of the restrictions applied to each activity. Please read these carefully and if you are in any doubt as to the suitability of a participant please contact Good Food Ireland®

 

Waiver:

A waiver must be signed on arrival by both participants and non-participants stating that they attend or participate entirely at their own risk and will not hold the Activity or individuals or Good Food Ireland® responsible in the event of injury.

 

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify Good Food Ireland® against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and legal fees arising out of your use of the service of Good Food Ireland®. Under any circumstances, Good Food Ireland®’s maximum liability to any course holder is limited to the cost of the course.

 

Centres:

Good Food Ireland® acts as an agent for the participating activities and accepts no liability whatsoever arising from activities conducted by them. Good Food Ireland® has agreements with its activities regarding their standard of performance and suppliers are registered with their relevant controlling or regulatory bodies. Once a booking has been made with an Experience supplier, the voucher holder is bound by the terms and conditions of that supplier.

Conduct-Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the day of any event

 

Confidentiality:

All confidential information is used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

 

Terms:

Good Food Ireland®  reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notification.

 

Jurisdiction:

The contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Members will be delighted to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please be sure to outline yours at the time of booking, so our Members are aware and can prepare for your visit.

Safety & Security

All Approved Members to our Collection have been visited by our Team and certified for the highest standards and criteria. We are all aware of the importance of your safety. In light of Covid-19, please be sure of our commitment to keeping you safe.

Alcohol

Some experiences may include alcohol in the total booking price for guests of legal alcohol age. However, it may also be an optional add on for some experiences. If so, the price will be clearly visible on the experience profile page.
