Jody Eddy is a Minnesota native who graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. She has cooked at Jean-Georges and Tabla in New York and Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck in Bray, England. She is the former executive editor of Art Culinaire, organises food conferences in the United States and India and leads culinary tours in Iceland and Cuba.

Her first cookbook was nominated for a James Beard Award and her second won an IACP Judge’s Choice Award. She writes for Saveur, Travel + Leisure, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Food & Wine, Food Arts, Plate and The Local Palate. This is her third cookbook. Sandeep Patwal is a food and travel photographer based in Ireland. He has shot for Saveur, Travel + Leisure, The Wall Street Journal, Food Arts, Plate, Food Republic and Zester Daily, among others. His location along the Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of County Mayo makes him the ideal photographer to comprehensively capture the food, people and places along the route.
